And I’m sharing the exact plan I’m following, step-by-step, for those of you ready to join me!
The Mindset Shift I Am Living By This May
For years, I thought healing required working harder.
Doing everything perfectly. Fixing myself.
Now I know the truth:
Healing happens when you create an internal environment that feels safe enough for your body to thrive.
This month is about remembering that real resilience is built on safety, not stress.
Not rushing.
Not forcing.
Not proving.
Your body knows how to heal. It just needs the right conditions.
When you honor your rhythms, when you choose calm over chaos, when you slow down enough to listen- you are not falling behind.
You are building strength that lasts.
This is not a season of starting over.
It is a season of rooting deeper.
My May Protocol
Here’s what my days are structured around this month:
Morning Ritual:
Light exposure within 10 minutes of waking (natural sunlight if possible)!!
Breathwork: 1-2 minutes of box breathing (4-second inhale, 4-second hold, 4-second exhale, 4-second hold)
A protein-rich breakfast within 30-60 minutes of waking
Daily Anchors:
One 20-minute walk outside, even if I work out separately
Eating every 3-4 hours to protect blood sugar and cortisol balance
Deep belly breathing before meals and again before bed
Supplements: magnesium glycinate at night, electrolytes during the day
