Happy Tuesday!!

We’ve made it to the final days of July… HOW!? Between the heat, travel, and general summer chaos, my body has definitely been asking for different foods lately. Last week I caught myself wondering, “Why am I craving something warm and grounding when it’s so hot out?” Then I remembered I was on my period, and of course warming foods are exactly what my body needs in that phase. So today, I want to talk about cravings!!

Cravings are not your enemy. They’re actually one of the clearest, kindest forms of communication your body gives you. The key is learning to listen without judgment. What if we reframed cravings as clues? They can signal a need for specific nutrients, emotional nourishment, or hormonal recalibration. Ignoring them often backfires. But meeting them with the right support is where the magic happens!!
