A simple meditation can be wildly beneficial for nervous system regulation! It really just takes 5 minutes. I try to do this right when I wake up in the morning and if not, whenever I have a few minutes during my day. Everyone can make 5 extra minutes! If you have a few right now, give it a LISTEN
