Cycle Sync'd Fall Breakfast Recipes
+ Full Moon journal prompts to help you release what no longer serves you
Happy Sunday friends! We're now fully immersed in the heart of fall, and I couldn't be happier. I anticipate October - December all year long, and I find it essential to consistently ground myself, reminding me to be present and truly savor this time. Last week, I had my friend over to watch Halloween movies and make dessert, we stewed apples in coconut oil with lots of cinnamon until it was tender and topped it with dairy free vanilla ice cream. It was DIVINE and such a highlight of my week. Highly recommend!
Last night we had a full moon, which is the perfect time for releasing. In order to make room for new and better things, we need to let go of what doesn’t serve us. I’m leaving you with a journal exercise to help you with this process. Light a candle, set aside 20 minutes, grab your journal, and write. Writing what I need to release every full moon has made the biggest change in my life and allowing my manifestations to come through. I’ll be sure to give you another set of prompts on the New Moon which is all about calling our desires in!
Lastly, I came up with a new set of fall breakfast recipes tailored to each phase of your cycle that have been making me feel ohh so good. Happy ~almost~ Halloween you guys! Have the best week and please comment or respond back what you are wanting to see more of on this page :)Â

Full Moon Journal Prompts:
Reflect on the past month: Write about the events, emotions, and experiences you've had during the past month. What stands out as something you'd like to release or let go of as you move forward?
Identify emotional baggage: Consider any grudges, anger, resentment, or negative emotions you may be carrying. Write about these emotions and explore why it's time to release them and how doing so would benefit you.
Letting go of limiting beliefs: Think about any beliefs or thought patterns that no longer serve you. What beliefs are holding you back from achieving your goals or experiencing personal growth? Write down these beliefs and make a commitment to release them.
Forgiveness: Reflect on people or situations that have caused you pain or distress. Can you find it in your heart to forgive them, not for their sake but for your own healing and peace of mind? Write about the process of forgiveness and how it can help you let go.
Physical clutter: Consider physical possessions that no longer hold value in your life. What items are cluttering your space and causing unnecessary stress? Write about your intentions to declutter and simplify your surroundings.
Use these prompts as a starting point for your full moon reflection and letting go ritual. Writing down your thoughts and intentions can be a powerful way to release and move forward in a positive and transformative manner.
