Detox is a biiiiig buzzword these days, so I wanted to chat about it! Some say we don’t need to do anything extra for detox because that’s our liver’s job—and they’re right! But in today’s world, we are constantly exposed to toxins in the air, skincare, cookware, processed foods, and more. These toxins can burden the liver, making it harder for it to perform its normal functions (one of which is metabolizing hormones). That’s why giving your body extra support is so important!
I made a 3 week reset designed to gently enhance your body’s natural detox pathways, rebalance hormones, and optimize overall well-being by incorporating nutrient-dense foods, lifestyle habits, and targeted detox practices. This reset isn’t about restriction, it’s about nourishing your body, supporting detox pathways, and achieving lasting hormone balance!
Before we dive in, I want to share my FAV breakfast recently. Raspberry Chia Pudding!
½ cup fresh raspberries, mashed (fiber)
3 Tbsp chia seeds (fiber)
½ cup almond milk
¼ cup greek yogurt (protein)
1-2 tsp honey
splash vanilla extract
granola & nut butter for topping (healthy fats)
Stir together mashed raspberries, almond milk, greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla. Place in the fridge to set until thickened or overnight!
